HOW IT BEGAN

It all started with frustration!

I like to cook and bake, but I also like my time in the kitchen to be efficient. Using things like parchment paper for easy clean up when I’m roasting vegetables or baking cookies is a no- brainer. But you know how hard it is to get parchment paper to stay in place! It drove me crazy. I started wondering if there was any type of product available to remedy this situation, and I discovered there wasn’t. So I decided to invent a baking clip.

Luckily for me, I have an engineering degree and one of my passions is discovering elegant solutions to common problems. This one seemed straightforward.
I want a tool that is:

    In Other Words...

    The interior framework had to be high quality steel for strength and durability with a spring that provides strong gripping power while being easy to use. An outer layer of silicone provides a superior gripping surface and is comfortable in your hand.

    I set to work, consulted experts, sourced materials, and tried many, many configurations until it was just right. A lot, and I do mean a lot, of time was spent getting everything just right. After several attempts, the Kitch'n Clip was born.

    Now, I can proudly say the Kitch'n Clip is amazing! I clip parchment paper to my pans when I'm baking or roasting. It keeps the paper in place while I'm pouring batter and stays in place while I'm mixing the vegetables in the oven. I use it to close containers and bags in the freezer, and it's so strong it keeps my 20 lb bag of dog food closed! It’s safe to say I’m beyond proud of this product, and truly hope that it’s helpful to you and your family in kitchens and households everywhere!
